Terms of Sales.
General application clauses.
Unless otherwise agreed and noted in writing, all sales concluded on this site are subject to the clauses and General Conditions of Sale indicated below. Validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of all of these general conditions by the customer.
Payments.
Payment for purchases is made at the time of ordering by credit card (credit cards, Visa cards, Eurocard and Mastercard) or by Paypal account.
For payment by credit card, to ensure maximum payment security, nxdistrib.com uses a secure payment service. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored by nxdistrib.com. If the payment is rejected by the holder's bank, the order is automatically canceled.
Orders.
NX DISTRIB is only bound by orders taken after payment of the quote issued by NX DISTRIB. The customer has the power to reject the offer by clicking on “Reject” when receiving the quote. Failure to pay for any reason whatsoever will authorize NX DISTRIB to stop any delivery and to consider any order as automatically terminated. NX DISTRIB also reserves the right to use all legal means to recover unpaid sums, increased by penalties.
Product prices.
The prices of the delivered products are presented on the quote as well as the price of transport. Nxdistrib.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced in any case on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order. The prices indicated on the site are expressed excluding taxes, excluding contributions to processing and shipping costs, and excluding special discounts from which certain Customers may benefit due, in particular, to their loyalty to nxdistrib.com.
Deliveries, commitment to speed and delivery time.
The delivery time, for all orders from payment depending on the availability of the products, is indicated on the quote. For optimal quality requirements, products are only prepared to order. Our liability will in particular be released from any delay or failure to perform which may be due directly or indirectly to any case of force majeure or any event beyond our control. No amicable or legal compensation can be claimed.
Claims.
Any complaint regarding the order or delivery of an unavailable item will be considered unfounded. Complaints that the customer may make upon delivery, in particular regarding the quality of the product or the deterioration of the product, may only be accepted if they are made at the time of receipt of the goods, by e -mail on info@nxdistrib.com or by contacting our services. In the event of a justified complaint, NX DISTRIB has the choice between exchanging the goods or taking them back at the customer's purchase price. No other claim is admissible.
Guarantees & responsibilities.
Your data is not transmitted to any third party, it is kept only for internal processing.
Attribution of jurisdiction.
This agreement is subject to French law. All disputes, of whatever nature, will be within the jurisdiction of the courts of the head office of NX DISTRIB which will have sole jurisdiction.
Affiliation.
1. Introduction.
These Affiliate Program Terms constitute a legal agreement between the affiliate program participant “Affiliate”, and NXDISTRIB, owner and operator of the nxdistrib.com hosting services, software and website. You represent, warrant and agree that (a) you have full power and authority to enter into and perform these Terms, or (b) you are joining the Program on behalf of an organization, entity or entity. a group, that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of that organization, entity or group. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will notify you by revising the date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued participation in the Program following any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes. Please review these Terms periodically for updates.
2. Who can join our program?
NXDISTRIB may approve or deny any application for membership in the Program for any legal reason or for no reason. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction in which you reside, to join our Affiliate Program. By applying to join the Program, you agree to (a) provide accurate, true, current and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your information if it changes; (c) maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account; (d) promptly notify NXDISTRIB if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breach or unauthorized access relating to your account, the Services or the Program; (e) take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and accept all risks associated with authorized or unauthorized access to your account. In the event of a dispute as to account ownership, we reserve the right to investigate and determine account ownership based on our reasonable judgment.
3. Interim Commissions.
The Affiliate must place a created link on its blog posts, comments, etc. that redirects a potential customer to a product on the NXDISTRIB website (the “Affiliate Link”). A “Referred Customer” is a potential NXDISTRIB customer who clicks on an affiliate link, signs up for an NXDISTRIB account and chooses a product or products. NXDISTRIB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deactivate and remove from the program referred customers who have failed to maintain an active service plan or who are in violation of the terms of service. Affiliate is eligible for one-time and/or recurring referral payments from NXDISTRIB (“Commission”) under the following conditions: Commissions are calculated based on actual fees paid by the referred customer, excluding taxes (such as tax on value added, sales tax, goods and services tax, etc.), levies or duties owed by the recommended customer. If the referred customer received a discount, the commission is calculated from the reduced fee. If fees are refunded to a referred customer for any reason, NXDISTRIB deducts those amounts from the affiliate's future commissions. NXDISTRIB is not responsible for tracking cookies that have been deleted intentionally or unintentionally. No commissions will be paid for tracking errors of any kind, including, without limitation, tracking errors caused by the editing, hiding or manipulation of an affiliate link by the affiliate. Commissions are paid via PayPal or bank transfer. NXDISTRIB is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by PayPal or any other payment provider. Commissions are paid monthly on sales made through your link. You are solely responsible for all tax obligations owed to any taxing authorities arising out of or in connection with your participation in our Program. NXDISTRIB will not withhold any taxes of any kind from your commissions. A banking period of 5 to 7 days is necessary to view the commissions paid to your account.
4. Relations between the parties.
The relationship between you and NXDISTRIB is solely that of independent contracting parties. Nothing in this Agreement creates any agency, joint venture, partnership, franchise or any other form of joint venture, employment or fiduciary relationship between us. Neither NXDISTRIB nor Affiliate has any right or authority, express or implied, to assume or create any obligations in the name or on behalf of the other party or to bind the other party to any contract, agreement or commitment with a third party.

Registration
Fill out the registration information, click register.
The next step is the validation of your registration by our services. Once validated, you will receive an email confirming the validation of your account and an invitation to change your password.
